When i open chrome quick heal shows this is malicious website error .

please repair this problem this problem is going to harm pc

I purchase quick heal antivirus on 02 Feb 2021 of Rs 1527.2 with ref no[protected], still I did not received product keys of antivirus, due to this i am unable to renew it.

I received a call on 6th of September 2020 from Vikrant of Beetel infotech pvt ltd. i was asked to fill in 700 forms in 6 days and the payment was supposed to be made on the 7th day. as i received legal contract along with my login id and password over over whatsapp and message. therefore, i started doing the work from 8th September 2020. i faced some issues during my work where i was instructed to call a certain no. [protected] for technical help. i carried on with my work until yesterday[protected]. today morning i received a call from them asking about the progress as i stated everything was normal and after that as i logged in to the site only to find out this message " YOUR QC REPORT IS UNDER REVIEW". So as i called to the above number the technical guy of the company asked to pay Rs 4000/- to unlock my profile which i refused to pay. now am receiving threatning calls to pay the money or to face legal consequences.

I've called on your support toll free number for 2 - 3 times. Call is picked up, but kept aside. No is responding but i can hear someone from that side proving that call is been picked.

I am been denied the usage of my 3 year license purchase on my 2 nd machine since my 1st machine have crashed and is unusable.

Even after 7 interactions with agent. I am asked 5 year old documents.

Extremely rude behaviour.

And customer harassment.

Pathetic customer experience.

I have purchased the product of Quickheal total security for 3 years but the product key shows incorrect while registration.

I had purchased from the website quick heal total security vide invoice no [protected] dated 14/07/2020. Po no[protected] but still date i had not received any product key over my email. This is for information that i had made so many phone calls over different customer care numbers and email ids. But nothing is done at any channel. Is this the customer service?
I think its the reputation had been tarnished. I had been using your product on my pc since last 5-7 years. Please respond.

Quick heal total security latest version for android - 1
Date of purchase: feb 17, 2020

I had purchased an antivirus on amazon. I was delivered a product key and it was working fine till i changed my mobile handset.

Now quick heal is unable to check my identity and asking for all the following details:

1. Purchase invoice of old and new handset
2. Quick heal purchase invoice
3. Confirmation - (Please write the reason of changing device and using quick heal on another).
4. New device product key?

They are unable to verify my identity with the following and are in the security business

They are unable to identify mw with
1. Registered mobile number
2. Invoice details of purchase
3. Product key supplied by them
4. Registered email id

So now i'm responding to dozens of mails where they keep refusing to enable the antivirus.

For rs 129 - better to get a refund and go with another antivirus rather than spending time and effort - useless customer service

I tryed to put on the protection for internet and gmails but doesnt protect my laptop.

On 04.04.20 i had ordered renewal of my quickheal anti virus software via my visa debit card - rs.2, 182.40 from a/c xxxx9400 to billdkquickhealtechn. They informed me that the transaction had failed but to date they have not credited back the money to my bank account. My quickheal had validity had expired so i had tried to renew it for another 3 years and made a payment. Now it got successful, but haven't received the money deducted 1st time.

Vide net banking ref - igaidsxyk1 (Sbi), one year renewal for quick heal total security was effected with inr 1364 /-.
However, despite deduction of money from bank account, subject licence was not renewed till time. Details as under :

Today I have done transaction on Google Play Store through internet banking the amount of Rs. 199 got debited form My state Bank of India on 07th Jan at 12:06 AM, reference numer is IGAHUZQFE0, I didn't receive subscription from Quickheal.kindly take an action and Refund the amount.And for your reference here i attached the transaction details

Quick heal antivirus is directly calling dealer customers for renewal of antivirus which has been previously installed by dealer. Company is not even contacting dealers giving info. That you client pc antivirus is going to expire.
This effects dealer marging & reduce its customers.

Will take this issue to consumer court for malpractices done by quick heal company

I had raised one complaint few month back in which i was not able to register my product. After many follow up, finally my issue got resolved after 3-4 months. But after that, i had asked them to extend my product duration by 3-4 months during which i was not able to use the product. Since it was not the issue from my end, their team was not able to resolve the issue and i was not able to use the product. But i didn't get any response from them regarding this concern.

Also, after this resolution i am not able to update my product. My virus database is very old and my system is not protected with latest updates. I need resolution of both these issues on priority.

I am arjun last 1 months complicated seqrite 7.4 to 7.6 updation issue last one month is complicated there's is problem is not solved. I am taking to mr omkar mane is provided wrong information i need visit my office he talk to not possible. I am waiting for 25 days waiting there are response any taken call and last 2 days i call to customer care multiple times they cannot provide no any solution. I taking to manger but manger is not available. He is told me today. He is not office.

I had purchased quick heal total security (Mac) on 24-aug-2018 for 3 years. I had successfully activated my product after purchase. 2-3 months back, there was some technical issue in my mac laptop and it was repaired. There was some component change in my laptop as well as operating system reinstallation. After reinstalling my os, i have installed latest version of quick heal and i tried to re-activate my product again. But i was not able to activate my product and getting error-. I had raised this issue to quick heal on 11-may-2019 (Ticket#541002) but its still not resolved. I have contacted them multiple times to quick heal support team but they are not able to resolve my issue. Multiple times they have remotely connected my system and tried to resolve it but it was not resolved. At last they have collected error logs from my system and told me that they will contact me again with the solution within 2-3 days. It been 3 months and i didn't get any call from them yet. Multiple times i had sent reminder to them on this but i am not getting response from them. They are closing the ticket without any resolution. Two times i have reopened this ticket but they are closing it without solution. I am facing very poor service from them and not getting proper response and solution. Please help me to resolve this issue.
