I've taken quickheal gadget securance for my phone. Yesterday my phone got damaged, When I shown it to the service centre, they said that the repair can not be covered under warranty and I'll have to pay for the repair. Since then I'm trying to contact the insurance company several times. First I got this number through their website 022 – 4910 7910. When I called, they provided another number [protected]. Since then I'm trying to call the other number, it keeps me on hold for several minutes and then hangs up itself. IVR also gives me option to ask them to call back, I did it twice, but no one called back. I sent e-mails twice, but no response yet. Please look into the matter.

It is very unfortunate and disappointing that even after providing all the documents and after submitting handset on the designated drop point and even after receiving acknowledgement/confirmation for the receipt of documents and handset from your end, again status is showing as incomplete documents received.

Few days ago I had complaint about my damage handset for claim but again no any action was still taken.
I am really frusted from this company.
I had attend a call from this company and it ensure me that between 4 to 5 days my my registered complaint will be processed and it wil taken action as possible as... but no any action us still taken.
I also sent my all document whatever necessary for damage claim but still I dont get any answer form it..
Worst service ever...

Somehow after few month my phone got damaged
i called them they explained me method of getting claim. after that whenever i call them they say its in process they have no information and they always used to say that we have some technical problems.
i am really frusted from them.

i am not able to understand anything from their carelessness and frauding with customers.
Is this company is totally Fraud or What?

so please help me out i am really frustrated from this fraud company.

customer care is not so supportive, they are not serious for the customer even they don't have any surety to give . I am having some technical problem and i have contacted them a lot of time, mailed them but i got no response, the worst services ever . i don't think they will take any action in case of lost device . Don't go for quick heal gadget securence .

Latest item was shown on website but received obsolete one i.e. of 2015 make. This is a clear case of breach of trust. I will tell each & everybody about fraudulent practices of Amazon web site. when you cant deliver the latest one why show it on website. Amazon was considered as a genuine online portal but after this episode, it is not different from others. SHAME.

On 20.01.17 I had ordered renewal of my Quickheal Anti Virus Software via my VISA debit card for Rs. 2728/-.They informed me that the transaction had failed but to date they have not credited back the money to my bank account.My Quickheal had validity had expired so I had tried to renew it for another 3 years.Until I get refund of my money I am not in a position to buy another anti-virus software.

Sir i m customer of quick heal mobile insurance 3 months back my handset accidentally damaged so i have given to quick heal dealer after that they said that claim will be provide you on full damaged policy .

they demand cancel cheque for claim recovery. i have already submit to them in November starting days but till date no claim received.
i m getting follow from them but there not reply from anyone they customer care no. always busy. & call disconnected [protected] .

they have tie up with different india insurance company for claim they have given the cust. care no. [protected] when i m calling to this no. they said all cust. care executive are busy we will call back you in 24 hours but not even single call back received.

these type of company are just making fool of customer when the claim have to settle. please provide some solution. my mobile no. [protected] claim no. [protected]

Somehow after 2 month my phone got broken
i called them they explained me method of getting claim
they sent me a empty box in which i have to pack my phone and send them back by parcel ..i sent my phone to them on..they received it on 18/01/2016
after that whenever i call them they say its in process they have no information
i am really frustrated from them...my phone cost around Rs 45000 and its been around 1 month till now i dnt know where is my phone?

Back Glass Of my phone S6 Edge Was Broken and just to know i asked authorized samsung repair store how much it will cost to repair that glass they said me it will cost around Rs 2800

but quick heal people sent me a mail

"We are please to inform you that your claim reference no [protected] has been approved by the Insurance Company for Rs 19224. Kindly remit the excess amount of #ExAmt# to repairers. "

i am not able to understand when samsung people told me estimate of around Rs 2800 only
how it became Rs 19224 after reaching at there place????
Is this company is Fraud or What? or they broken my phone more to remit more amount from me...??

I need an answer

so please help me out i am really frustrated from this fraud company

Purchased an Total security September 2015 My pC get slow so uninstalled now want to install again facing error and support no nnot able to solve querry Giving new reason every time

This is to inform you to that the I have paid an amount of Rs1364 (Rupees One Thousand Three Hundred Sixtyfour only) paid through net banking in connection with one year extension of Total security ( Quick Heal )., But still date I could not get any Extension Product key particulars of payment details as below:

I had purchased a quick heal antivirus pro and installed the same on my laptop. The same led to issues on my laptop and the internet stopped working.

After two days of trying to get things resolved we removed the anti virus and the internet got restored. On the guidance of the technician i re installed the same and once again the same problem.

Now the anti virus is not getting uninstalled also. In calling the technician he says - " you can go and do what ever you feel like " we can't come to your place to repair the damage.

Would request - only that the products money paid be reimbursed and all other incidental costs incurred by me to repair the damage be reimbursed.

I am having quick heal anti virus internet security since 2009 but due to last one month
I am calling to the customer about chinese anti virus software automatically downloading in my computer but a permanent solution is not made by them due to this i have sufferd financial loss of approximately 1 lakh.

Actually i was using Quick Heal 2013 Anti Virus Pro in my Windows 8 desktop Licensed for 3 years that is upto 2016.After a while i have upgraded my PC with Windows 8.1, after my installation, quick heal reported that the version(2013) is not compatible with the version of Windows 8.1.And the Windows can only support 2014 i.e latest version.When i use the same 3 year product key on the version 2014 its not accepting...I tried to call their customer care they did'nt answer me a single call...i need a new 3 year product key supporting my latest version or i want my money back...Support me please and do the needful...

I had purchased quick heal product (Quick Heal Total Security 2012) one year license in November 2012. It was a desktop edition which is accessible to Windows XP and Window 7 operating system. But in February 2013 due my application requirement I had to switch from Window 7 Operating system (OS) to Windows 2008 Server operating system. Quick heal total security 2012 that I had purchased is not supported by my OS, so I called their customer care department and tell them about my problem and ask them to convert my user to server edition and I'll pay difference amount, so that I can use remaining period of my license. On that they said you can convert it to server edition and gave me their Jaipur representative contact number and told me that he will help me in this regards.

But when I contact their representative he told me that its not at all possible and ask me new server edition. Its really annoying that first their head office team says its possible to convert my existing product to server edition. Then their local representative disagrees from that. Its not the way a company like quick heal should handle their customer quires. And top on that what I do with this purchased license, its completely useless for me.

Indian companies like quick heal should not behave like this.
