Quick Heal Technologies Pvt Ltd — claim no : [protected] handset taken for repairing and never returned it or have proper answer when would they return

We registered our claim on 19.11.2017

Uploaded all our documents on 21.11.2017 and also rechecked if the same is shown on the uploaded section of the website of aarvi but still they kept giving document incomplete and made us upload same things thrice and then on 25.11.2017 they confirmed all documents are received by them and now decision is pending.

On tracking the website on 05.12.2017 after 10 days of decision pending and still the status being same we called them to ask what is happening and they dint have any proper answer and as it was already 10 days they decided to update the status back to document pending and made us upload couple of document once again.

06.12.2017 took the status to document verification and after 3 days decision pending there after on 13.12.2017 approval of claim was received.

27.12.2017 we paid the excess amount demanded by them for rs 1085

03.01.2018 they updated the status as excess amount and original documents received.

Now after almost a month whenever we try to call them and follow up the status every-time different executives have different answers. Some say wait for another week and immediately after an hour again if you call the other says handset shall be despatched tomorrow and next day another executive says there is some issue in our service centre so you will have to wait for 3 weeks.

We have tried emailing them many times but they have one standard reply to all emails that we have forwarded the same to some department and as soon as we hear we shall update we call it standard reply as to try we also emailed them once asking how are they today and got the same reply after 2 days.

One of the executive told us that we will be receiving the handset on jan 25th for sure when we didnt receive n called them again on jan 25.2018 the executive names imtiyaz told us that ow wait till monday, monday we will be receiving it. On monday when we called them they told us to wait for another week when asked him to connect us to mr imtiyaz as he told us latest by monday we will be getting, this person told us that we will have imtiyaz call u back when i told them i can hold on the call till they transfer the line as i dont trust there promise of calling seeing the histroy of promises made by them so far, he kept us on hold for 3 min or so n then disc the line n again we tried to call him back we got a recorded msg that u have extended the number of calls to the customer care for the day though that was the first call made to them.

We have complained and called several times to quick heal but again they say we have forwarded your issue to aarvi company and you may track the claim there.

We have all the proofs for every word mentioned avove.
