Sir i m customer of quick heal mobile insurance 3 months back my handset accidentally damaged so i have given to quick heal dealer after that they said that claim will be provide you on full damaged policy . they demand cancel cheque for claim recovery. i have already submit to them in November starting days but till date no claim received. i m getting follow from them but there not reply from anyone they customer care no. always busy. & call disconnected [protected] . they have tie up with different india insurance company for claim they have given the cust. care no. [protected] when i m calling to this no. they said all cust. care executive are busy we will call back you in 24 hours but not even single call back received. these type of company are just making fool of customer when the claim have to settle. please provide some solution. my mobile no.
