I purchased my iphone 6 (32 gb) on 3 june, 2017 and purchased the insurance on that day. My i phone was damaged and i filed a complaint in the month of june. But my payment is not completed till now. What can i do now. Shoul i go to court, because every time whenever i send a complaint via email they replied me to wait for 48 hours and whenever i called them they told me that i had to wait for 15 to 21 days. When all my documents are completed, the why the company is not giving me my money.
