I got insurance done from Quickheal/Aarvi Insurance of my phone (Iphone 6s). Its been 5 months that I am following up on claim but they are stretching the documentation process and no action is taken yet.They are not even responding to emails now. Hanging up on calls. Have no response to any query and no call back are done. No escalation forum. Constantly rejecting my documents on baseless arguments.
