I booked an outstation cab to Pondicherry through quick ride for my parents and by Quick Ride’s estimate it was supposed to be 5900. When the trip ended the driver asked my dad to additionally compensate for toll/state tax/extra 10 kms and demanded additional payment bringing the total to 7000. The driver never showed any bills nor did quick ride provide any breakdown. If these are legitimate costs, I am more than willing to pay it but to jack up the price citing specious expenditure is fraudulent and tantamount to crime. Was this information helpful? |
