In 2022 i have purchased otp based irctc agent id from this company. After one month they were debiting approx 354 rs from my wallet without any reason. After contacting they told me you don't not booked more than 25 tickets so this is the penalty. Although they did not mention anything about this t&c at the time of purchase. After few months they were forcing for purchasing dongle. And without any reason suspended my account and when i told for closing my account they asking for 4500 rs. And my rds wallet balance was around 5500. After this incident neither i able to log in irctc nor in quickyatra.com web site. They are completely a cheater company. Was this information helpful? |
