Dear sir,

I had purchased a OTP base railway irctc agent id first time I have paid Rs.3000.00 for irctc RDS wallet after few days they told me to pay Rs.3000.00 for Irctc certificate again after 1 months told to pay Rs.2500.00 for RDS wallet fund release procedure.

I have pay all this payment now again they said me pay Rs.3200.00 for CR process and forced to purchase irctc rail booking dongle again.

After contacting they told me you don't not booked more than 25 tickets so this is the penalty. Although they did not mention anything about this t&c at the time of purchase. Maine Quiick Yatra Service Provider se 17 February ko IRCTC ka ID purchase kiya. ID Charge 2360+1180 bhi diya hai lekin service ke name par ye company fraud kar rahi hai. Phone karta hu to mera number dekh kar phone nahi uthate hai. Company ke service ke name par March month me 354 bhi portal me se kat liya puchhane par mera IRCTC ka ID supend kar diya tha. I tacken a irctc but those are giving complte worng information dont trust, main key points those are not relesing, again these are asking money...

I requested to all other person please dont take any railway ticket agency or any service from this cheating company. 1st of all my rds blance (which used as tickte booking) 2 years already over they do not unlock my Rs 5000 blance. every month the debited 353 from my blance for rds rental. and also they have offering only otp based irctc login but 2 months later they have told me Dongle is mandtory for the ircrc ics login....
