Quick2Host.com — not providing domain transfer code

I have been trying to transfer my domain out of quick2host.com for about two weeks.

Quick2host.com is not responding to my emails and phone calls on this matter.

I have raised several trouble tickets and they are closing it without providing me with the auth code and related information.

They are not responding to my several whatsapp messages even after reading them!!

I have warned them to raise an fir yet they are not replying.

Now that they are a registry themselves what are the possible legal avenues that one can choose to ones leverage to get this authcode.

I am willing to initiate a legal battle with this company.
