[protected]@quick2mart.com Dear sir/maddam In reference to above this is to submit regarding at quick2mart.com online purchase & payment of rs.12900/- for 3 emi on dated 20/04/2017 at 8:12 pm, towards purchasing of 1.5 ton voltas split ac on discounted price, billing transaction reference no: #3688 for your reference. Up to now they not delivered ordered product and their contact no is also switched off with, which contact number they finalized the deal that is +91-[protected], anil (Code-1432), +91-[protected] samir malik. Then i send mail also at "[protected]@quick2mart.com for delivery of the same but their is no response up-to 1 week. Then again i got call from +91-[protected], dipak from quick2mart.com for payment of additional (100%) amount for the same items, which i denied to pay and told them that you have to make delivery of ordered items on billing time term and condition without any delay. Then they send a separate mail which is mentioned below. For your kind information. Billing process. You had paid 60% value of that Order as per you guided, due to courier issue you will need to generate 100% value of that product, you will need to pay 40% value. This value is Refundable. Thanks & regard Quick2mart.com When i denied to pay any more and based on several follow-up action they canceled transaction send return mail which are mentioned below: Dear customer Your order has been canceled on 29 april. Your order cancellation id #3457, we will initiate your refund on your account you will be receive your Amount with in 45 working days. But they not refunded me and for refunding they asked initial to repay rs.7900 to refund at a time rs20000 as per their company policy. Which i denied to pay. As per cancellation terms i waited for 45 days for refund but no action then i got a call from +91-[protected] that at least you pay 2000+60 through paytm then we will refund all paid amount at a time through imps in 30 second after receiving payment. Which i paid through paytm which mentioned below: • paytm cash sent • to: [protected] • paytm cash txn id [protected] •[protected]:43:08 pm Rs 2, 000 - Success • paytm cash sent • to: [protected] • paytm cash txn id [protected] •[protected]:48:49 pm Rs 60 - Success After receiving this payment they switched of all mobile contact no and up-to now i did not receive my amount.
