Quicker Job — fraudulent company

I had paid for 20 ads in quikr, with lot of empty promises from their sales team. They sold me a product which did not suit my company profiles and sold saying it's the best platform for me. Even without posting they took down three ads saying it's duplicate. When clearly it was for two seperate roles. And every single person i dealt with is turning out to be a fraud. Now i have 12 credits remaining with no use and they are not refunding money nor giving any solution. I would like to take this legal.. Such a day light theft is a first time experience for our company
