Quicker — Non payment of refundable money.

My refund money has been initiated on 25th of April, but till date 9th of May 17th money has not been credited to my account.
Today I came to know that due to tech fault again it has been reinstated again.
Please look into the matter seriously, so that I can get the money immediately.
Details as requested.
I had paid through net banking Rs, 11009
for a king size bed on 23rd April. But the seller has cancelled the order on 24th April 17. Quicker has initiated for refund of the money & confirmed that money will be credited to my account within 5 to, 7working days. Till to day money has no been credited & when enquired today, Quikr confirmed that today it is being processed for payment & it will take again 7days.
Without my fault Quikr is delaying & I am being harassed.
Please help & take a strong action so that they should no play with public money.
