Yesterday I have registered for job service in quickjobzz. Com. After making the payment I felt the company is Bocus. I have called several times the phone number out of service. Nowadays no. Of companies opening the job service without rendering the service they are cheating everybody. I also affected fro them. Kindly help me to get back my money. Regards, Deepak Garg. I received call on my mobile from QUICKJOBZZ.com from Nikhil Kumar[protected] and offered very lucrative jobs in the companies name whom I know. Guy wanted only money to paid to them for registration. When I refused, he got irritated and started taking nonsense.

First You send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that is they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas district forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission. For Further guidance please contact me. [protected].
