Hello Team,
My name is Paresh Dudhagara, My IRCTC AgentID is iquiick00809 at Quiick Yatra Company. My Quiick Yatra ID is qyr1184.

My Id has been suspended by the agent of Quick Yatra before 70 days. I have INR 21, 980 balance in my IRCTC RDS wallet. I have logged a complaint/ticket for the refund of the same amount through Quiick Yatra on e-mail support.
They have asked me for the ID deactivation charge which costs 4, 720 INR, which I have paid them on 13-November-2021.

Afterthat, they have asked a lot of documents for deactivation of my account, list of the documents are as below:
10 ERS Cancellation Copy
Customer's ID Proof with signatures
10 ERS Copy

I have provided all of the above documents over the email. still they guys are delaying in the payment. I think this company is doing something fishy things, I went through on many forums on IndianConsumer, they have cheated lots of people.

They do not answers on the email as well as phone. Please find attached photos for more information.

Please do needful steps and provide refund.
