I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding the premium service sold to me by your sales representative.
I was continuously persuaded and pressured through repeated calls to pay an amount of ₹1400 for premium services on the Quikr platform to sell my furniture. During these discussions, it was clearly committed that I would receive genuine buyer leads, especially from Pune and nearby areas.
However, despite making the payment, I have not received even a single relevant lead from Pune. This is completely against the commitments made by your sales representative and appears highly misleading and unethical.
I feel cheated and disappointed by this experience. If Quikr is unable to provide the promised service and leads, then I demand a complete refund of my payment immediately.
I also request strict action against the concerned sales person for making false commitments merely to collect payment from customers.
Please treat this matter seriously and process my refund at the earliest. I expect a prompt resolution from your side.
