Hello Sir,

On Sep 12, 2017, there was an advertisement in Times Of India from Hyper Market Kart regarding 1 day offer (FLAT 50% discount on any item listed on the app or website, min amount for this discount was Rs 5000 and max was Rs 11000) applicable only in Bangalore.

I did not think twice, firstly it was a good offer and secondly it was published in a very reputed news paper TOI (Times Of India), Hence I downloaded their app from google play and I registered my account.

I then added grocery item worth Rs 5103 and applied the coupon code LAST50 (to get the 50% off) at the time of payment and the final amount was Rs 2551.50.

But to my surprise there was no option for Cash On Delivery or COD hence I had no option and had to choose debit card option and after making the payment I received a SMS from my bank as well as from hyper market regarding the payment.

I was happy to get such huge discount and even next day on 13th Sep, 2017, I received a SMS from hypermarket kart that my order will be delivered on 16th Sep, 2017 but it did not get delivered by EOD and then I tried to connect with on the contact number provided in the website[protected] but as expected it was switched off and got no response after sending 5-6 email to their registered email id [protected]@hypermarketkart.com.

I then googled and found several consumers already have suffered losses because of this company by indulging their mouth watering 50% discount and looted our hard earned money and unfortunately I was one of the victim.

Please help us to get the justice and try to trace these culprits and put them behind the bars so that they wouldn't do this kind of crime and trap the innocent people. if you need any kind of help like bank statement or SMS, I will provide you.
