R. Lakshmanan — Linking of Bank Account | |||
I made a complaint on 25th June 2021 that my son(U.S.Citizen)'s bank account with HSBC in Chennai was not possible to link his account with NPCI as he has no Aadhaar Card as he is not a resident of India but he has officially issued PAN Card from IncomeTax. I request NPCI 's confirmation to accept the PAN card and link his NRO bank account.Alternately, NPCI should accept my AAdhaar card, as I am a joint account holder with my son and accept the linking of the Bank Account. Nearly one month's time has gone but no response from NPCI. NPCI should streamline their business such that all Grievances submitted by common people are settled within one week. The current practice of not replying is indicating poor management of business.
