"I subscribed for Raajnett broadband service in November 2015. However, it has been a nightmare since then. To start with, there was a delay in the installation itself. While I could it due to the flood in Chennai. But still they got me connected during the 3rd week of December 2015. It doesn't work most of the time. Even when it works, it is extremely slow. I've called multiple time to Raajnett customer service. They don't care anything to their customers. Most of all they disconnect the call without even listening to you. Immaterial of whom you reach in the customer care. Yesterday, I reached four different representatives but unfortunately, all of them disconnected even without listening. Not sure if this is the case with other customers as well due to which the representatives are under stress to handle the calls or eventually they haven't provided with enough training to handle customers in this era. The speed that I subscribed for is 40 mbps. I've never experienced it. I'v enclosed the latest speed test snapshot for your reference.
