Raajnett — Broadband connection not completed and request money back | |||||
This is naga gopal reddy, i have applied for princess 2mbs-unlimited internet connection in raajnet on 11.02.2016 and bill number (No. S 8410) and i reached many time to customer care but i have not received any communication from your end about my internet connection so i took another broadband connection. I checked with the customer care to cancel my internet connection. They said to me i have to wait for 90 day after send mail to customer care to cancel my internet connect so i sent mail to customare care mail id ([protected]@raajnett.Co.In) on 5th april 2016.
