Raajnett — Connection is yet to provide after 1 month of taking money | |||||
I had booked a connection a month (24th april 2016) back. I have no idea what is the status of the connection. It is difficult to reach the customer service, 1 in 100 attempts for reaching. They keep telling me it may take a week. Sales person venkat[protected] doesn't pick up the call at all. I feel its waste of money to go to such fraudulent service providers. This service provider doesn't even have a nodal officer. How did trai give authorize this service? Was this information helpful? | |||||
