Raajnett — Connection not provided for the broad band connection request

I have paid 1500 for broad band connection on 12th april 2016 but still there is no response from them. I called the guy who has collected the money for more that 20 times and finally he is asking to get a refund by calling the customer care number. But that is one of the worst customer care. They are not ready to take any complaint and when i insist on complaint number the agent hung up on me. I am really worried whether i will get the money back. My mobile no is [protected]
