Raajnett — Disconnection of internet services (MVM 839) | |||||
Hi I want to disconnect your internet services in the name of Vishal ( User id : MVM 839) owing to the pathetic and horrible services from your end. In the month of Aug'16 I couldn't use 10 GB as internet was not working for than 10 days in entire month. Currently my internet is not working from 07th sept'16 till date. I have called to your customer services more than 20 times but only answer I received is that " OUR BACKEND TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU ", just like a robot knowing to speak only a single line, but till date not a single person contacted or even bothered to rectify the issue. Kindly process my refund and proceed for disconnection. Please don not harass any further else I will take legal person.
