Raajnett — Even after 2 weeks for internet connectivity breakdown issue, no proper support / technical person is unable to fix

Not even one person from Raajnett can fix my no Internet connection issue for even after 2 weeks. So many times I raised this issue over support calls and also through myaccount web page, no proper response from support / technicians.

My support tickets are

Support person is just attending the call getting account ID and simply they say "I am raising and you will hear back from our technician". Then they just cut the call without even hearing what customer responds back. After this call I could see that my issue tickets are in "completed" status though my issue is not resolved.
