I have had the worst experience with rajnet this account was activated two month on the 27th, it worked for the first 5 days after which everyday it disconnects during the day and later in the night comes back on. I have wasted so much money on calling you guys everyday but the customer service people are unwilling to help. I get a standard response everyday to switch off and switch on my modem, which does not work. I am later told that you guys would be contacting the engineer and will get this fixed. I had taken this connection as i have to work on my laptop from home but everyday i have to go to my friends place to connect, my reputation at work has been destroyed and i might lose my job because of this. I can understand that there can be technical issues, some major issue with connectivity the main problem here is that your customer service staff is inexperienced and do not have the will to help a customer. I have called continuously for so many days, have spoken to agents and supervisors but no one has said a simple sorry till now. I had called up your customer service no today at 11 pm and spoke, he said that the engineer is not in the office and she will ensure that she will get it fixed yesterday itself, that did not happen. No one had the courtesy to call me back till now.. I am fed up because of this mental torture and would like my account to be terminated and would like the entire amount to be refunded failing which i would be forced to take legal action against you thanks & regards, yuvaraj d Was this information helpful? |
