Raajnett — Internet disconnection | |||||
Dear CS Manager, I am one of the customer of Raajnet for the last 5months. Located in Medavakkam, ID - MKM003 For me Net connection & net speed every things fine to go. But the only problem we are facing is very very worst service. ⏹Weakly twice our internet connection getting disconnect due to some reason. ⏹If we request for disconnection service, only Mr.Arun will give proper response. Rest all, not even to attn their phone call. If we went to Medavakkam koot road Raajnet office, they will say right person is not in the office Please come later. ⏹For last 1week I have tried to your customer support to extend my net period to 8days with the reference of Mr. Arun. But no proper response. ⏹ Because of last one we disconnection, it affect more lose in my Business. ⏹Till yesterday I have spoke to many person, after plenty of promise finally Miss Shalini did my extend request to 7days. ⏹In that one person Mr.Syed attn my call yesterday 3:18 pm & 3:21pm, he collect all the details via phone regarding last one week happen & suddenly he cut my call that he is saying that call to complaint number. ⏹Once again I called, same person Mr.Syed attn my call, I said This is not good manner while taking you are cutting the call suddenly. He said this call is only for new connection not for complaint & He did the same thing in second time also by suddenly cut my call. ⏹If he cutting my call means, he should give me the complaint number or he should educate me well in manner. ⏹ I kindly request you to make your team more effective.
