Sir,
I have applied for a new broadband connection and gave cheque #17107 for the amount rs.1722 on 06/08/2016.
Before getting the payment, i have received several calls for explaining the plans but after making the payment i am following the sales representatives for getting the connection for last 3 weeks.
When i called the customer care number[protected], it kept me hold for an hour and didn't succeed.
After sever followup, raajnet technicians requested to accept the connection during sep16. But after a week, the connection got disconnected and still i am following them for solution (Ticket no. Tkt[protected] dated 07/oct/16).
I am requesting them to stop the service and refund my money.
