Raajnett — Internet not working from 11th Sep'16 (17 days) | |||
I have called to Raajnet marketing & service person number, no body attend the phone calls. Then called to customer care and raised the complaint on 11.09.16 till date problem not yet rectified. Speak to customer care we have to wait for 21 minutes in phone call which is one of tactics to avoid customer call. Instead of rectify the problem they use IVR option and which is spoiling others time. If Raajnet is not going to correct them self they won't continue to do business in market.
