Raajnett — Internet Service Provider

I have taken Raajnett connection by paying Rs1297 for a month. From the day 1, connection will not be available for minimum of 3 hours. On 06/10/2015, it was down for more than 6 hrs and I have raised a complaint with Raajnett during noon time, nothing happened. Later when I called, they have disconnected my call which was at 9.56PM.
