Last month 20, I asked RaajNett to provide new connection and they sent a representative to collect the installation charge + first month amount and said they will provide the connection after verification.
Verification was done on 22nd last month and said they will provide connection within 7 working days, still I didn't get a new connection and not even got a call from any of their field engineers, whenever I call them they responded there is some technical issue out there that they are resolving and the connection will be provided in another 2 days but even they haven't provided the connection, so I got vexed and asked for connection cancellation, the customer care executive asked me to mail request to [protected]@raajnett.co.in and I did that as well yesterday (Feb 10), but I didn't get any response from them.
