Raajnett — No connection once you paid | |||||
I paid on 10.03.2017 but i haven't got service still 27.04.2017. I have been asking for refund, they are not processing it also. Even continuous daily follow-ups and visiting their office is of no use. Complaint ticket.no: TKT[protected] raised on 14.03.2017 for the same. Raised the issue to Dot_india twitter page as well as concern ministry to take action on raajnett internet service provider as many have been victimized to this digital fraudulent. These people are money suckers. They are a bunch of lousy, useless team members who care a damn about the customers once they got the money from us. After 2 months of continous follow ups and fighting i got my money back yesterday. Dont leave them.. go to their head office in santhome road. Mr.Saravanan is the manager.
