Raajnett — No Internet connection and poor customer service | |||||
I got a broadband connection from RaajNett for Rs.1034 with 20Mbps speed. Connection has never been constant, sometimes no connection or slow speed. In-spite of several complaints there has no action and simply money paid is wasted. Next on customer service... - Toll free number[protected] has been shut down recently - online complaint will be immediately soft closed with automatic message as resolved asking to restart the modem - email to support ([protected]@raajnett.co.in) will not have any response - Chat on raajnet website has no response - calling[protected] makes you wait in line for longer and no one answers and get disconnected after long time. calling charges are wasted. But for renewal they are calling several times and hundreds of messages to renew the connection. Very very frustrated with the service. Few months ago they were issuing pamphlets and said they have setup new infrastructure in my area and connection would be seamless and guaranteed. In-spite of several bad comments on various blogs I took raajnett connection. But finally as everyone said I am feeling like fooled on taking this connection. I dont have any feeling to recommend this connection to my neighbours/friends. Was this information helpful? | |||||

From the time of the first usage we have registered many complaint and they have solved it . it have been working good for the past 2 months and in this month most of the time no network is available, when network is available it is working very slow i request you to solve it
