Raajnett — No internet service after cyclone vardha

After cyclone no internet service and daily custoner care service person says it will be solved in 2 days and it is almost 2 months now.
no efficiency in service and they are not saying correct time when service will be restored

As a customer i do not know whether to leave and go to new ISO as this is effecting my office services
Please advise and take action on Raajnet
