Raajnett — Regarding installation of my cable connection | |||||
The sales man from raajnett had approached us to take fiber internet connection in my name and he had taken a amount of rs.1750/- as advance for installation on 21st aug'16. The promised me installation within 2 days as their connection point is near to my residence. I am trying to reach them by all means through their consumer helpline no and registered complaint several times. We had identified the sales men and the service person also through our neighbors and tried contacting them several times and off late they are not picking up our no. After seeing the call id. I request for legal and stern action against them as the consumer helpline also says that they are helpless.
