Raajnett — Registered for new broadband connection but no installation

Hi sir,
I have Registered for RaajNet (chennai) by paying 574 Rupees (Actually i Paid 600 rupees they did't return change after billing amount) on 16/09/2016 for get New BroadBand Connection with unlimited 1 mbps plan. They said, they will install within 3 days. Now its become 15 days. When I try to call them they are not picking my call and their is no response from their side.

I felt like my 600 rupees wasted without getting any service from them.

please kindly help me out to get my registration fee back to me

Hi i am karthikeyan User name : NKI120 and i using raajnett past 6 months . now for the past 12 days i cant even connect to the internet it arraising with the error code 619 .please contact me [protected] . iam in chinna neelangarai ECR.
