ES20219754 was raised on June 20. The complaint got closed automatically, and the Racold executive even did not visit. After he visited, I took the 3L racold Pronto geyser ( 1 yead old, with all warranty), to service center and got it repaired, brought back to home. But now the executive is not visiting home to install the geyser.

    I have bought Racold pronto 3 liters electric geezer (3 units) out of them 2 are leaking from inside. Till now i have registered my complaint for 3 times. Technician comes and repair it. but why dont you replace the inner tank, even after the inner tank come under 2 year guarantee. I have bought this product in the month of february 2015 and now its may 2015. I am so fed up complaining again and again units: Pronto SS 3V 3KW P[protected] P[protected] Vendor is giving us customer care and customer care are giving service care number and service care sending technician and technician dosent know about the replacement. this is your cycle. are we mad to buy racold product

      I have purchased a Racold water geyser on 04.04.2015 - Model Eterno Shift SP25V-3 from Bajaj Electronics, Habshiguda, Hyderabad. We got it fixed in our house. Powe4r was not there at that time. When the power came, when we switched on, neither there is any RED light glowing nor water is getting hot. Nobody lifts the phone no.66328866 at the complaint cell. Really Fed up.         I have 2 Racold geysers installed at home, I had logged a complaint thrice with them for bad odour emanating from the geysers, they haven't bothered to turn up until yet. The local technicians that service Racold geysers are very rude and have no time sense at all. They call at their own fancies. The geysers are good, however service (post sales) is just crap. Would prefer AO Smith to Racold any given day.

          I HAVE PURCHASED TWO RACOLD GEYSER FROM A AUTHORISED SHOP IN JAYANTI MARKET ON 19/10/14.THE SHOPKEEPER PERSON CAME AND INSTALLED THE SAME AND ALL INSTALLATION COST WAS PAID BY ME.AFTER 15 DAYS LATER IN ONE OF THE GEYSER I FOUND INDICATOR LIGHT IS NOT WORKING BUT WATER WAS HEATING. AFTER 15 DAYS I FOUND WATER WAS NOT HEATING SO I LODGED A COMPLAIN ON 5 DEC WITH COMPLAIN NO.EN1057508 AND ONE PERSON CAME AND HE CHECKED AND CORRECTED BUT AGAIN AFTER TWO DAYS SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED AND I CALLED SAME PERSON AND AGAIN HE DID THE SAME THING.AGAIN IN JANUARY BOTH INDICATOR LIGHT STOPPED WORKING BUT WATER WAS HEATING AND AGAIN IN THE MONTH OF MARCH IT STOPPED HEATING WATER ALSO AND I LODGED COMPLAIN ON 2ND APRIL IN CUSTOMER CARE WITH COMPLAIN NO.EN139507 AND TOLD CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE REPEATEDLY I AM GETTING PROBLEM WITH THIS GEYSER AND REQUESTED THEM TO REPLACE AS I AM ALSO GETTING PROBLEM WITH THIS GEYSER THEN CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD THEY ARE SENDING SENIOR TECHNICIAN AND IF AGAIN PROBLEM OCCURRED THEY WILL REPLACE. BUT TECHNICIAN CAME AND HE CHECKED AND CORRECTED BUT AGAIN SAME PROBLEM BOTHE INDICATOR IS NOT WORKING. BUT THE COMPANY STILL NOT BOTHERED TO REPLACE THE GEYSER. SO REQUESTING YOU TO TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH RACOLD.

            I have been purchase 1/2 ltr instant geyser of Racold coy on 22 Dec 2014.After installation of this it was noticed that it is not being cut off during uses.and generating back pressure in inlet pipe which is very dangerous and it could be blast in the pipe.I was lodged a complaint just after noticed the defect but Engrs could not resolve the problem.As i am a army person and serving outside of Delhi.it is therefore request to replaced the geyser as soon as possible.               I have bought a Racold Geyser on date 25.01.15. During installation heavy leakage found from bottom joints and indication lights. I complained in Racold customer care on date 16.02.15, complain no EN1318084. But problem not resolved till date.

                Hello, My name is Vicky Agarwal. I have purchased 2 Racold electric geyser 3 months ago but everytime we gets an electric shock in our washroom. We contacted Racold consumer care and there service agent came and did nothing and they informed us that its not their geyser fault because water is still can be heated.                   Dear Sir, I am a retired lady, nearly turning 72. I bought Racold Pronto electric instant and storage water heater. I really regret it from the day I bought it. The day it was installed and fixed and switched on smoke started bellowing out of it. With great difficulty I persuaded the customer care people to take it back saying the technician will have a look and repair it. I did not wish to have a faulty electric gadget in my house.It was good of the shop to give me another one. I took it back and got a new one ( I hope it was new) from the same shop called Prince house of sanitary ware. Address: 5/a, Palan Sojpal Building, S.K. Bole Road (W), Mumbai 400028. Phone:[protected]/24360060. Email: [protected]@gmail.com. This Racold Pronto SS 3V 4.5KW. is very erratic or would say temperamental. It some time gives hot water and sometimes there is just cold water. Suddenly the water stops midway, using a shower. The cold water flows well. I again spoke to the consumer care several times. They say their server was down and so could not give me their complaint number. I have bought it on the 4/1/2015. Till date I am not getting attended to. Hope you will be able to help me out. (Racold w/m Right Heater) Model No. BL-35 HWM, Serial No. BL06 08 1946 Sub :Complain about replacement of inner container of above referred water heater due to leakage Dear Sir, I, Mr. Chetan K. Shah have purchased six Horizontal Storage Water Heater of different Ltrs from Dadar Electric Co having shop at ¾, Dadar Department Stores, Dadar (W), Mumbai-400 028 through Bill No. 046, dated 7th March, 2010 for Rs.38835.00 (Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Five Only)along with the Guarantee Card. We have been using the water heater since then, in the month of December, 2014 we observed that there is leakage from one of the water heater of which capacity is 35 Ltrs. On 1st January, 2015 I have given a complain to your authorized service center CoolNClean Engineers having their shop at Shop No. 4, A. B. Nair Road, Near PandurangWadi, Juhu P.O. Juhu, Mumbai-400 049 for which I have got the complain No. CC / 005 dated 01.01.2015. On 2nd January, 2015 his technician Mr. Jai Singh have attended the complaint whose mobile No. is [protected] appears in the service report and after attending the complaint he told that the inner container needs replacement and it is under the Guarantee period as per the Guarantee Card. Mr Jai Singh told me that you can get the new inner container. On 9th January, 2015 I contacted in service center CoolNClean Engineerstheir I spoke with Mr. P. R. Gauda regarding the replacement of the inner container. Mr. P. R. Gauda said that you will get the inner container on 12th of January, 2015. On 12th of January, 2015 I again contacted Mr. P. R. Gauda regarding the replacement of inner container at that time he told me that the Water Heater is of 2006 model and we can not replace the same. He refused the same and talk with me in very rough and rudely language and not ready to co-operate for the same. He told me to talk with Mr.Vikramhead of Mumbai Region of Racold Thermo Ltd. On12th January, 2015 I contacted to Mr. Vikram about our complain but he state way refused to attend my complain and he is not ready to listen for the same. I told that it is under Guarantee period and I have the Guarantee card with original bills. It is not mistake from my part and as per the Guarantee card you have to replace the same. I hereby request you to replace the same within 15 days in order to avoid disputes failing which I bound to take legal proceedings in the court of law as per the consumer rights at your costs and risk.                       Racold technician still not arrived for installing the geyser. I bought the geyser from Croma retail store on 5th of jan. They said from the product delivery it will take 2 working days so speaking it should be installed on 7th of jan 2015 but till now no technician has ever called up or attended the issue. This is ridiculous!!! racold service sucks!!

                        Ur dealer MR Electricals in sikander pur gurgaon has harassed me for buying the 10litre geyser from him.he has no manners n how to talk to him.we bought a10litre CDR from him and within one week it has started leaking. N calling the dealer he screamed at me and said he is not responsible for the defect and cannot help and to contact the customer care. I need u to take immediate action against this dealer as he will only spoil your brand in the market

                          I have an 15 year old Racold Electric Geysor, I want to replace it with a new one . So i contacted the service centre people, he said Altro 10 lt can be fitted there, he charged me Rs 250 for this . I told him to get a new geysor and fit it . He said ok . Today one Mr Prabhakar Nair ([protected])calls me up and says you give me full payment and i will fit the geysor. I think this is wrong, he should fit the geysor to my satisfaction and then collect the charges. Please look into the matter

                            I purchased a 10L water Geyser on 17 /11/2014 of Rs/ 5, 900 .It is not working .I filed the complaint to the distributer Sunderam, Kota .They get it repaired once after two days again it was again stop working . On 6 Dec 2014 again second time I asked them for repairing as the geyser was not working .Today on 8 Dec 2014 I called them atleast 15 times but they didn't send any service person nor they replace it .

                                Since i bought the geyser in jan 2014 the geyser is not functioning properly. My complaint nos Ew110873 dt 28.7.2014 and Ew110979 dt 16.09.2014 left unattended. A corporate company doing this type of service is serious and threat to the society. A lot of consumers time is being wasted and patience is tested. Pls choose right company before you buy.

                                  i purchased the png racold geyser from gandhi electricals ..tilak nagar dated 15-11-12. i complained three times rrgarding the same but there was no response.complaint on complaint no-en1012043 dated 7-8-2014, complaint 2 on complaint no 10412998 dated 6-9-2014, but the record of third complaint is lost.according to a mechanic named arif from racold company the water condenser of the geyser is weak n will be replaced only on company's demand and allowance.since 7-8-2014, the problem has not been resolved and the geyser is n poor condition..please see to it and do tge necessary. name-atul raheja mobile no-[protected] add-d, 47 new multan nagar, rohtak road invoice no-33345

                                    Purchased two geyser of 15 litre make racold --primo sp-15helex serial no pm[protected] from zenith electric stores kolkata on 10.07.2013

                                    Since installation one is working fine till today but other one is giving problem since installation ... In last one year we have made complain nos of time and they send their person to corect the defect, , , , but as usual after few days it again start creating problem ...Lastly from last two months they are not in a position to rectify the same ...I think racold has started to sold defective material ...
                                    I will raise my voice at every level ...

                                      I am from Pune.I was in need to buy 2 nos geysers.I called Sales person of RACOLD and he told we don't sell product directly, you need to buy from our authorized dealer and given nearest authorized dealer name . I have bought 2 nos. 10 Lt water geysers from mentioned dealer and he sent his engineer who installed those geysers in my home.After 1 and half year one geyser started leaking so I raised complain .Service engineer came and immediately after seeing geyser told both geyser wrongly installed .These should be installed horizontally not vertically. I argued him that your authorized dealer's engineer installed so its his mistake. When he checked my warranty card, dealer wrote 2 year warranty on that but RACOLD engineer is saying "It will have only 1 year warranty".For these models from 2013 we started giving 2 year warranty .I told him that your authorized dealer given 2 year warranty because I purchased on 28-Dec-2013 so he told company now giving 2 year warranty.He is not accepting that however I aging argued to him that what we can do if your authorized dealer is giving 2 year warranty . If your authorized dealer is cheater and selling your product wrongly than you should take action on him and claim all damage cost to him not to me .because I bought after consulting your sales person who given me that dealer . I have given both sales person and dealer detail to engineer and he sent pics of those warranty card and geyser to his boss and told our boss will call and discuss on this .He will take call on this .After that no response . I this complete case why consumer is suffering for dealers mistake ?I want RACOLD to fix my issues and all damage cost should be charged to dealer as it is racold authorized dealer. I want immediate action on this .My complain Number is EW20121984.I am from Pune.I need justice on this .Wrong Installation of Geyser bu RACOLD authorized dealer could have result in a big accident . Pls repair my both geyser under warranty with no extra charge .
