I purchased the Racold geyser on 22nd September 2022. The elcb was tripping on switching on the geyser. I complained to the company. Who sent their technician after repeated follow up.
The technician just saw the geyser and said that the heating coil and thermostat are burnt. I fail to understand how he knows what has happened inside, without even checking the geyser.

Racold water heater body got deformed. I raised a complaint in the racold website, but the person assigned called and said there is no spare body part available as only body has to be changed. and conveniently said to call after 4 months. exactly when the warranty expires.. . even after expiry theres no update on the complaint. I am not able to use the water heater as its outer body has deformed and sometimes makes a crackling sound when switched ON.

I have bought a racold electric geyser as it is top company. but, I have understand the actual situation next day. I have registered the request for installation. till 48 hrs no one from racold was in touch with me for installation. I have been trying to contact so many times to call center.
But, worst call center, they have told me to contact with his service team and request them to install the geyser.

Now I have going to return back.
I think, no one want to take headache by paying money.
moreless, I don't want to take this careless service...
Very Very third class service

Racold service person confirmed thermo stat needs to be changed. It’s been a week and still not able to get the part from the company. If a company cannot supply parts they should not sell the product.

Purchased Racold Electric water storage geysers from Jay Ambe sanitary, Goregaon west, Mumbai in April 22 but geyser started giving problem and water leakage started in first month.

We raised complaints to service provider Pronto services who are not able to resolve issue though visited twice and taken geyser for repairing but now not responding and Racold is cooly sending request to them without any resolution.

It is evident that product supplied is defective as within2 months of purchase started giving problem.

We requested company to provide replacement but not received any response

We found dust from the geyser because of new construction. We need service the machine

New Racold Geyser is not working. Power is not getting on in Geyser.

Frequently Geyser is getting Tripped Off. Complaining since May 7th.. No response yet..

System is not working, the dome is rusted. Heater is to be provided. The system is to be serviced.

Complaint registered on 12.04.2022. no service agent came till now

Dear Sir,

I am very unhappy with the installation of my gas geyser.

They have charged me with Rs. 1000/- for installation ( where has the installation charges of the company is Rs. 350. has provided by your customer care)

And also they have taken 4 days to come and install.

Also, the service center in Bangalore does not give proper service.

I would not buy Recold...

Installation of Racold 15L geyser was done by Mr. Jagadish N Jagga bearing Phone no. [protected] on 22 March 2022.

Free Installation and I paid the accessory part charges.
I was charged of Rs 750, I gave an extra tip of Rs 150. Total of Rs 900 was collected from me.

I was told he put 2 valves each of Rs 350. Rs 50 for plumbing and the rest Rs 150 was given as tip.

After he left I saw there...

Water leakage from back side of geyser tank

I had recently purchased Racold 3ltr Pronto neo geyser before 20 days. I have issue with that geyser since the day one.
Problem:-
Less Hot water (its 3 ltr with 4.5kv) and I have only 3 person in family, which seems enough for the usage
My main MCB is getting tripped frequently, when it is in use
there is no Red indicator most of the time and it give cold water.

I explained this all scenario to the technician but he checked for a minute and ran away stating that there is no issue in geyser and I need to check with my Electric Lines. I have recently change all my electric wiring and used all industrial standard product, which he is challenging without any proper knowledge.

I asked him to replace my geyser as its was recently purchased and occurring multiple issue, where as he used tester and confirmed that there is no issue. He have not even performed any troubleshooting part and straightly denied to check further.

I tried to reach his manager but it was sees that even he dont want to co-operate and questioning me like I have made mistake by purchasing this product.

Going further, I will strongly recommend to avoid Racold product and Also will ensure that I will highlight this case on social site and other media channels, so there is awareness among people for this product and they stop investing their hard earned money in this product.

I am now feeling that I made a wrong decision in my life by purchasing Racold geyser.

Pressure regulator Valve is not working properly hot water is not coming and full amount of heat is not pressure

I have purchased 2 solar gyser from Racold Arihant enterprise hudupsar pune. Since October 21 its having leakage. Company person thakrey Mangesh not helping. They are not providing replacement as its still under warrenty. Moreover they are harrashibg me to get the frame and all from fabricator whereas there own stand is not good quality. Please help want to file case in consumer court

I have been raising request for Solar Water heater since February 5 2022 and till now no one has come to resolve .

We are working and not available on weekdays from 9:30 to 5:30 to someone who called but there is no response from them.

Can this be escalated and followed up so the executive comes and resolves the dolar...

Using Racold electric water heater, ESWH- 15v/2021, 15 lit capacity, label period 1/1/19 to 30/6/21, having problem with water output

I bought my Racold Geyser some years back & am very satisfied with its performance.. Three weeks ago water started dripping from the safety valve even before the water was hot. The company technician changed the valve but within two weeks the water started dripping from the safety valve again. Then the technician told me this may be due to the pressure pump & to install a drainage pipe for the leak. Is this true because this is the first time I am hearing of such a thing?

We newly bought a Geyser yesterday and there is a water leakage problem from Geyser from a Blue Connector.

I have called several times in Customer care number and also tried to complain Via a WhatsApp number but there is new response from Racold.

This is really a critical problem and need to address immediately.
