    I had brought Racold 50 Litre geyser in the month of April 2021 and was made functional in November 2021. Initially the geysar indicated the temperature needle to 75% only and later on stopped it's function completely. In nutshell the said product worth 14000/= is totally defunct.

      We had complaint about Recold Geyster about crack leakage joint in body of Geyster and got complsint number and after that chat on concern person on WhatsApp, abs committed to install new one in one week, lot of follow up, but still no action, every day making wrong commitment as we have complete record of chat, message .
      If in this peak winter if Geyster not get. Then what is mean of bought Recold Geyster with full guarantee

        I had requested for an inspection and repair of my racold instant geyser (Pronto Neo) under warranty period.

        A technician from your SVS service center, Bangalore came on 6th Dec 2021 and inspected and confirmed that both the geyser coil has been gone and needs replacement under warranty. He said the spare part is not in stock and will get replaced in another 2-3 working days.

        Ever since, I have been trying to reach the SVS service center no - [protected] but no response for the call or the item to be replaced.

        In fact they say stock is not there and if I pay for the spare part, then they can get it from somewhere. How is it possible that Racold does not have stock of spares to be replaced under warranty but if the customer pays for the spare parts they will be able to get stock and procure for replacement.

        This is a violation of warranty norms printed in the product brochure and booklet and I would take this up to social media and consumer court if not resolved quickly.

        I have been trying your customer care phone number but there is also no response or waiting period is long on the call.

        I am attaching the purchase bill for your reference and the product model "Pronto New" has 2 years warranty.

          I bought 2 Racold geysers in Quarter 2 2021 and one of the geyser started leaking from saftey lock. I registered a complaint in May 2021 ( Complaint ID[protected]. A technician( Name Prakash, numver +[protected] visited and informed that the repair cant be done instaed the product needs to be replaced. He took some video evidences and left. To my surprise, I received a message stating the service request is closed for 'other' reasons. I have registered another complaint[protected] and this time someone calls to check abot the issue and again I received same message that the service request is closed. Frustrated with the experience, I wrote an email to Racold care for which no resolution is received too. I again registered a complaint[protected] but I have no hopes of getting a resolution. I feel they just dont want to address the issue as it might be big problem and ignore customer complaints

            I had registerd complaint of electric geyser installed in my home and found one component of geyser I.e philament is to be replaced when I contacted to service centre regarding this he started misbehaving and said when it’ll be available I’ll send i asked about date he said first send me ur bill copy I’ll send u the philament after that

              Apha Pro 100 Water heater Leakage issue

              We bought the Solar water heater "Alpha Pro 100" from "CYRUS SOLAR POWER" - Karur on 29th June 2017 and we found out the water leakage issue on the tank and we have raised multiple service requests to the Racold team (For the past 4 months) on the same [[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]]

I said him then he say foam is wet .after two days that is not leaking thats my promise and after this he demand 650/- service charge. I gave him.

                                Hi Team,

                                I have Racold Instant Geyser 3L Pronto Neo which was bought in Dec 2019. Now the Geyser body seemed to have issue causing Electric Shock while touching the water pipe. Also the Geyser is returning electricity in neutral power to other plug points causing Shock to everyone.

                                Kindly treat this as Urgent Issue as the Customer Care number[protected] isnt working. Also when I raise online complaint in https://aristonservice.in/Racold_customer/complaint.aspx
                                there is no Service Request Number is Generated also tried with Whatsapp also there is no help.Finallay Sent one email complaint to customer.[protected]@racold.com.

                                Its urgent and Emergency issue as when we switch on the Geyser the neutral power in the home is getting electrified getting shock from other plug points in home even without switching On.

                                  I submitted a service request for Racold water heater installation on 31st Aug'21. One lady picked up the call, received all my details and said the technician will visit in 48 hrs. I called back after 3 days on 3rd Sep'21 to check about the installation. I got to know that my request has not been submitted at all and while enquiring about this, another customer care lady is shouting without any accountability. Worst attitude. Please educate your customer care people on how to talk to customers.

                                    Racold instant geyser stopped working and the power id dripping due to some issue in geyser. If I disconnect geyser, the power line works fine.
