    Hi Team,

    I have Racold Instant Geyser 3L Pronto Neo which was bought in Dec 2019. Now the Geyser body seemed to have issue causing Electric Shock while touching the water pipe. Also the Geyser is returning electricity in neutral power to other plug points causing Shock to everyone.

    Kindly treat this as Urgent Issue as the Customer Care number[protected] isnt working. Also when I raise online complaint in https://aristonservice.in/Racold_customer/complaint.aspx
    there is no Service Request Number is Generated also tried with Whatsapp also there is no help.Finallay Sent one email complaint to customer.[protected]@racold.com.

    Its urgent and Emergency issue as when we switch on the Geyser the neutral power in the home is getting electrified getting shock from other plug points in home even without switching On.

    Dear Racold Support Team this is Urgent-Emergency as the Geyser is returning current supply in neutral point of every connection of house and Electric Shocks are happening.

      I submitted a service request for Racold water heater installation on 31st Aug'21. One lady picked up the call, received all my details and said the technician will visit in 48 hrs. I called back after 3 days on 3rd Sep'21 to check about the installation. I got to know that my request has not been submitted at all and while enquiring about this, another customer care lady is shouting without any accountability. Worst attitude. Please educate your customer care people on how to talk to customers.

        Racold instant geyser stopped working and the power id dripping due to some issue in geyser. If I disconnect geyser, the power line works fine.
        I haver raised complaint and SR number is[protected]

        No one has called me till now and also customer care number and whats app number always switch off .

          Dear team, Geyzer that I have started giving electric shock in about 2 months o[censored]sage and then within few days stopped working. No heating but I can see lights illuminating in the geyzer!!
          I reached out to customer care for service but they only gave assurance to help and after that their number shows congested. I have reached out to local shop from where I purchase and they has not received any response either.

          I would really appreciate if a necessary action be taken on them and get me the service I was promised and in time.

          My apologies for not being able to reply before. The technician came within next 24-48 hours and have replaced the coil that got burnt!! Geyser is working fine now. I only feel that if I purchased a product and it gets damaged for some reason within 3-6 months of the warranty period then it should be replaced and not repaired. In either case it is working fine and I hope it stays so for decades. Thank you.

            My name is Kirti Mandrekar, and my mobile number is [protected]. I had purchased Racold gyeser 10 liters on 16/08/2021. As I had not received any call from your technician I had called your customer care on 17/8/2021 and I was told that it will be installed within 48 hours. Again I called on 18/08/2021, one lady by name pooja attended my call and spoke in a very rude manner and told me that 48 hours are still need t over you wait for some time. When I asked to confirm about time of visit by technician she disconnected the phone. Now 53 hours have passe but I no call from the technician is received and still waiting for installation on third day of my purchase. Very bad service, looks like you don't care for customer s.

              Installation and service worst

              I have purchased the Racold Adris uno Geyser in flip cart.3months back. I have raised a request for installation.. And you people said me installation will be free of cost.. But the guy who visited for installation he asking me to pay 300rs chrges.. I have denied for that I have made the installation with local repair..

              But the thing is from Geyser the hot water not coming.. And I have make n numbers of calls and escalation...

              You people are cheaters. I have complained about my gyser issues one month back with complaint no[protected]. I have paid Rs. 400 for visit charges too. You don't have spare parts to ressolve the issue. Instead of ressolving the issue you people closed my complaint without ressolving the same. You should have atleast accepted the fact that you can not ressolve the issue. You are so unprofessional and fraudsters. If you can not ressolve customer complaint then you should not sell your product. Moreover you should not collect visiting charges. It's a scam.

                2 years ago I paid 3000 for Geyser repairing. This time again the service centre is asking amount for inspection and repairing. Do I need every time to pay huge amount. Do company has no responsibility

                            Solar water heater leakage from past 6 months

                            Sir I had purchased 3 nos of 200 Ltrs solar water heaters ftom Miracle solar systems Mysore. Two of my water heaters are badly leaking from past 6 mnths. The tech couldn't resolve the problem n suggested for drum change. As the items are in the warranty period I consulted the distributor Mr. Jayram and asked for drum change. He told to consult Mr. Hiremat of your company. I spoke to him and he had sent another technician but the tech yold...

                            We are in Chennai having 10 year old Racold Geyser and it was not working. Hence we called the area racold office at[protected] on 11th June, 2021 in turn he given local technician no.[protected] Krishna Sales and Service, Chennai.
                            Subsequently, he visited 14th June and taken the said geyser of 25 ltrs and also collected Rs.1000/-as advance from us and assured to deliver it as soon as possible issuing a chalan no.SR.NO.10105086.
                            Subsequently, we contacted him on 21st June, he told us the set is ready and he would deliver. Unfortunately, we are not getting the set and also he is not even bother to respond one Krishna Lingan. If he pickups the call he is telling he is onwer and he is incharge and he is a manager.further going on giving baseless excuses.
                            On the extreme level, when we talked to him yesterday the 28th we told him if we are not getting today that we will be lodging a complaint against you with your company. for that he is replying "YOU CAN LODGE COMPLAINT ANYWHERE NO PROBLEM:.
                            Please take the action against him and ask him to fixt the geyser set on priority basis.

                              I have complained about my leaking geyser many times :

                              1st time the Engineer came on 6th March 2021, noted the leakage and handed over the slip (No. 1389 dated 6th March 2021)
                              Thereafter as nothing happened and on calling customer care, they said the previous call is closed.
                              So I again complained

                              Complaint No.[protected] dt 24th March 2021
                              Complaint No.[protected] dt 13th April 2021

                              I am surprised everytime I call to check the status of my Complaint, I am told the call is closed, whereas my leaking geyser is still the same.

                              After the 1st Complaint, an Engg came (his mobile number – [protected]), checked the geyser, asked for the bill, and said it will be replaced.
                              But the call was closed.
                              After the 2nd complaint, again the same Engg came, again checked the bill and the geyser and said it will be replaced.

                              After the complaint of 13th April, I got a call from another Engineer (his mobile number – [protected]), he again asked me for the photo of the geyser and the bill.

                              Pl let me know when will my geyser get replaced.
                              Racold has such a reputed but I must say, the Company has horrible customer care

                                I bought a Water heater geyser in Nov 2017. They Geyser tank is leaking .

                                After 1 month of complaints the technican came over and told me it needs to be replaced. ( understandable because of Covid and lockdowns)

                                I dont have the warranty card but have the bill. Pls help replace it.
