I had contacted to racold customer care executive before buying the product regarding the installation service they responded and said that the installation process will be done within 48hrs after delivery if i register so i had registered on the same date for registration on[protected] amd waited for the installation but it’s been 15 days now no installation done yet
I had spoke with the customer care team and raised the complaint frequently but still no response from them
Kindly help me with this

We are using racold greaser for last 2 years, it get an problem means display is not working & not getting heat. We are facing lot of problem due to not working

I am using Racold Geyser for last 8 years. It works fine but Some times one LED glow on (even though water is not warmed). Please suggest solution to this.
