[Resolved] Racold — Eterno 2 -25V, faulty heater, poor customer care service | |||
We purchased an eterno 2-25v water heater on 03/01/2017 from national traders margaon. On 13/03/2017, we had an issue with the indicator which was resolved by the company on 14/03/2017. On 18/03/2017, the blue light of the heater stopped working, we submitted a complaint on 18/03/[protected]. After 1 week of complaint lodging, we c we called the company as well as local dealer, they said they will get back to us in 1 week. Its been over a month but there is no response from the company. The heater has warranty of 2 yrs but in 4 months it has created so much of issue. Please help us Was this information helpful? | |||
