[Resolved] Racold — faulty solar tank not replaced under warranty

Purchased racold solar heater in the month of april 2018, now found leaks in the tank and linings where tubes are connected. I have contacted racold and a guy came for inspection and confirmed that the tank is faulty and it needs to be replaced. But after 10 days of wait i realise the complaint has been closed and nothing being done. Complaint no. Is[protected] and[protected]. Need intervention between racold as they are not responding to the complaints.

Another general complaint is registered complaints get closed without intimation to consumers!!

Racold service people came with a new tank and replaced the old leaky tank, the new tank seems to working fine so far.
