[Resolved] Racold — faulty water heater | |||
It is with deep regret that i chose racold brand for water heater solutions. Till now there has been no response whatsoever for this complaint number and top it all your customer care representatives and the technician who visits my house who is frequenting my residence has been outstanding. You have delivered me a faulty product and i demand a replacement of this product or else please return the money which you have collected. If this makes some sense, i expect a revert in next 24 hrs.
