[Resolved] Racold — gas geyser

We have filed a complaint regarding gas geyser working. The service executive has come to check, but the problem which was related to flame that has been arisen suddenly not resolved yet. So, we would like to register complaint again. As it is the safety aspect of my family. Please do the needful as soon as possible. We have tried many times on customer care number but no replied.

Updated by Akwinder Dhaliwal The service man who has came but was enable to rectify it. When he came back, then we tried to use the appliance, but it is not working properly.
