I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue with my Racold instant geyser, which is currently under warranty.
I initially reported the problem on November 4th, and since then, a technician has visited on November 4th and 5th. Unfortunately, the issue persists despite these visits. During the second visit on November 5th, the technician mentioned the need to replace the heating element and assured me that it would be done by the following day.
However, despite daily follow-ups with the service center since Monday, there has been no resolution. Each time I inquire, I am told that the replacement will be completed by the evening, yet the issue remains pending.
Given the prolonged inconvenience and the delay in resolving the problem, I kindly request that if a solution cannot be provided promptly, a refund for the product be initiated. As the geyser is still under warranty, I believe this would be a fair and reasonable course of action.
