[Resolved] Racold — highly unprofessional & poor customer service

Did the mistake of buying 2 racold geysers. Have been calling up the customer service 10 times every single day to get it installed. Extremely poor, unprofessional & inefficient customer service. They say technician will be coming anytime now, but when we follow up again, nobody responds.

The lady in indiranagar service centre is vehemently defending their unprofessional behavior by saying they have only two technicians & will send them when they are available. And that is after so many days of delay.

I wish this company loses all its customers & shuts down very soon. It does not give two hoots about the customer. I am very sure this company is being managed by some incapable jokers, going by their customer service.
