I have complained about my leaking geyser many times :
1st time the Engineer came on 6th March 2021, noted the leakage and handed over the slip (No. 1389 dated 6th March 2021)
Thereafter as nothing happened and on calling customer care, they said the previous call is closed.
So I again complained

I am surprised everytime I call to check the status of my Complaint, I am told the call is closed, whereas my leaking geyser is still the same.
After the 1st Complaint, an Engg came (his mobile number – [protected]), checked the geyser, asked for the bill, and said it will be replaced.
But the call was closed.
After the 2nd complaint, again the same Engg came, again checked the bill and the geyser and said it will be replaced.
After the complaint of 13th April, I got a call from another Engineer (his mobile number – [protected]), he again asked me for the photo of the geyser and the bill.
Pl let me know when will my geyser get replaced.
Racold has such a reputed but I must say, the Company has horrible customer care
