Racold — Racold geyser issue- No response from Service centre

I would like to inform you that there has been absolutely no support provided from Racold service centre RR nagar area. The geyser is purchased on 8th of August 2023 and it has already got spoilt within 2 months o[censored]sage confirmed by two visiting technicians. Multiple complaints have been raised and it was told to us by two technicians that the geyser needs to be replaced . Replacement request is also raised and all the requests have been cancelled with no reason stated to the us. It has been over a month now and NO action is being taken from Racold service team. We would like to get a Refund of this geyser.
None of the technicians are patient in dealing with customers and have been talking very rudely with the customers. It has been a horrible experience dealing with RR nagar service centre. I have logged a complaint to Racold customer care also sending them photos of bill and warranty.
