Racold — Regarding Racold Customer care people | |
I submitted a service request for Racold water heater installation on 31st Aug'21. One lady picked up the call, received all my details and said the technician will visit in 48 hrs. I called back after 3 days on 3rd Sep'21 to check about the installation. I got to know that my request has not been submitted at all and while enquiring about this, another customer care lady is shouting without any accountability. Worst attitude. Please educate your customer care people on how to talk to customers. Was this information helpful? | |
