Racold — Water leakage problem with solar water heater and denying tank replacement in warranty period

Bought 200Ltr solar water heater in Nov'2020 and observing leakage issue with in less than 2.5 years. Installation is carried out by Racold personal. The service technician visited for complaint and mentioning the installation is not per norms. System is under 5 year warranty and tank replacement is denied by the Sri Mythili Enterprises. Please look into this matter on high priority.
